Packaged Adventure Tour Pricing and Information In order to keep our prices affordable we have designed our package prices for a minimum of two (2) persons.  Since most of us travel with a friend, spouse or partner this should not pose a problem.   All accommodations are double occupancy and all activities require a minimum of two persons. Please advise preferred bedding arrangement when making reservations.    We will be glad to price packages with other than double accomodations if required.   Package with Primary Activity  – 6 days / 5 nights   SPEAR FISHING ONLY  US$ 895.00 per person   SPORT FISHING ONLY  US$ 995.00 per person   SCUBA DIVING  ONLY  US$ 895.00 per person   PADI OPEN WATER DIVER CERTIFICATION ONLY US$ 825.00.00 per person   (Pricing for advanced level certification upon request.)   Guest may extend their stay for an additional cost of US$ 200 per day / per person which includes lodging and the primary or secondary activity of their choice.  For extensions without activities add $30 per person.   Those wishing to mix and match primary activities please add US$50 per person / per crossover day.  This does not apply to crossover days on extended stays. (2 persons minimum)   What’s Included…or should we say what is NOT included   ·        Airport Meet and Greet service. ·        One night Hotel in Panama City for late arriving flights ·        Breakfast each day ·         5 nights air-conditioned lodging at The Pedasi Sports Club  ·        R/T air-conditioned transportation to / from Pedasi ·        Isla Iguana Snorkel Trip on arrival afternoon (may substitute) ·        3 days of primary activity ·        Bag lunch and soda on primary activity days ·        All necessary dive/fishing gear (we do not provide spear guns for liability reasons) ·       Diver training includes all necessary equipment, training materials, confined water dives, open water dives and C-card.      ·         Boats equipped with safety equipment       ·         Transportation between shop and marina ·       All taxes   NOTES:  Isla Iguana is a National Park and has a small entry fee.  This fee is not included.   Secondary Activities    Available secondary activities include Horseback Riding, Isla Iguana Snorkel Trip, Isla Cana Turtle Watching (night), Kayak Tours, Whale Watching and Area Van Tour.   All secondary activities are priced at $55.00 per person (2 person minimum).   ·        This includes transport by air-conditioned van ·         All equipment and animals necessary to enjoy the activity   Payment      Our Package Deals must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance in order to get our special pricing.   Confirmations for Package Deals will only be made upon receipt of a 25% deposit.  Exceptions to this policy can only be made by the management.   Deposits can be made to our bank in California via wire transfer.  Wire transfer instructions will be sent via e-mail after all booking arrangements are made.   RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY  Reservations can be made by e-mail to:  divenfishguy@yahoo.com   A 25% deposit is required to confirm all reservation.  Payment of the balance in-full is required upon arrival in Pedasi.  Please note that we do not have facilities to accept Credit Cards in Pedasi. However there is an ATM machine across the street from the shop. Payment is requested in cash in Pedasi.  A full refund will be granted if written cancellation is received no less than 45 days prior to arrival. E-Mail notification is acceptable. A U.S. $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged if a written cancellation notice is received between 30 and 44 days of arrival. E-mail is acceptable. No refund will be allowed if written cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, unless space is resold, in which case there will be a full refund less US$100.00 per person administrative fee.
