RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY

 A 25% deposit is required to confirm all reservation.  Payment of the balance in-full is required upon arrival in Pedasi.  Please note that we do not have facilities to accept Credit Cards in Pedasi. However there is an ATM machine across the street from the shop. Payment is requested in cash in Pedasi. 

A full refund will be granted if written cancellation is received no less than 45 days prior to arrival. E-Mail is acceptable.

A U.S. $50.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged if written cancellation is received between 30 and 44 days of arrival. E-mail is acceptable.

No refund will be allowed if written cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, unless space is resold, in which case there will be a full refund less US$100.00 per person administrative fee.

BUZOS DE AZUERO, IT’S EMPLOYEES, OWNERS AND AGENTS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER FOR DAMAGES OR INJURIES TO PROPERTIES OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM SERVICES PROVIDED BY THEM.

FURTHER, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELAYS IN AIRLINE FLIGHTS OR WEATHER CONDITIONS.
